HANDMADE ARCADE 2021: THREE DAY VIRTUAL AND TWO DAY IN-PERSON EVENT

NEW: Makers can apply to participate in EITHER the virtual marketplace or the in-person marketplace or BOTH!

Makers without an e-commerce site can still apply. Handmade Arcade will work with you to participate in the virtual marketplace.

Before applying, please read:

If you applied to Handmade Arcade in 2016-2019 or Spring 2021, you should have an ArtCall.org account. Select the Login button button and enter your email and password. If you do not remember your password, request a new one.

If you did not apply to Handmade Arcade in 2016-2019 or Spring 2021, select the Register button to create an ArtCall.org account.

 

Event Details: 

Three Day Virtual Marketplace: 

Saturday, November 27 - Monday, November 29 

  • Small Business Saturday through Cyber Monday 
  • Over 23,000 visits to the virtual marketplace in 2020

Two Day In-Person Marketplace: 

David L. Lawrence Convention Center: Upper-level hall with natural light, expanded space, and spacious lobby and balcony with river and city views. 

Friday, December 3 

  • 5 - 7:30 PM: Happy Hour Preview Party/Ticketed/Limited Attendees
    Set-up during Friday afternoon between 12 and 4 PM.

Saturday, December 4 

  • 10 AM - 11 AM: Early Birdie shopping hour/Ticketed/Limited Attendees
  • 11 AM - 7 PM: General Admission (Free)
  • Over 10,000 attendees at the last in-person event

IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION:

APPLICATIONS: $20 fee (non-refundable)*

  • Open on Monday,  June 21, 2021 
  • Close on August 13, 2021, at 11:59 PM (EST) Late applications will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Application notifications will be EMAILED on Monday, September 13, 2021.
    • Important to note: this email comes from HA’s MailChimp account and can end up in your SPAM account. HA sends emails to ALL applicants (accepted, waitlisted, and those not accepted). 

*If the application fee presents a barrier to participation, visit our application fee assistance form to receive a coupon. Handmade Arcade is committed to making sure all makers have an opportunity to apply.

  1. Handmade Arcade is unable to answer inquiries regarding application status prior to sending final notifications.
  2. At this time, Handmade Arcade does not accept food vendors, including chocolates, tea, honey, and candy. If you have specific questions regarding your products, please ask before you apply at info@handmadearcade.org.
