Application Instructions

Please follow these instructions carefully. We recommend keeping the instructions open in a new window while completing the application.
 
Data must be submitted within 24 minutes. If you cannot complete the application within the allotted time, you can log back in to complete your application. Unfortunately, this is a setting of the application system that we are unable to change. We apologize for any inconvenience.


IMPORTANT: The application for Handmade Arcade has THREE STEPS.

 

  1. STEP ONE: Login / Register with ArtCall.org
  2. STEP TWO: Create New Application (Two-part process)
  3. STEP THREE: Upload Images (A minimum of three are required with a maximum of 6. One must be a booth image unless you are an emerging/new maker and do not have a booth image yet.)

Applicants that do not follow through with ALL three steps are not considered complete and will not be looked at by the Handmade Arcade jury. 
 

Reminders 

  1. You can log back into your ArtCall.org account until the application deadline to make edits. 

  2. You will receive an email confirmation that your application has been submitted. 

  3. The deadline to edit/submit applications is Friday, August 13, 2021, at 11:59 PM (EST)

  4. ArtCall.org allows you to edit any information or images on your entry (which are automatically re-submitted) up until Friday. August 13, 2021, at 11:59 PM (EST)

  5. All applicants will be notified via email on Monday, September 13, 2021. 

  6. Handmade Arcade is unable to answer inquiries regarding application status before sending final notifications. 

  7. Payments must be received by Monday, October 11, 2021 

  8. Vendor space fees (including extra costs for electricity and preferred spaces) are not refundable after October 31, 2021.

  9. If you are having trouble with your application or are unsure if it went through, please email info@handmadearcade.org. You will receive a reply within three business days.
