Vendor Info (Virtual Market, Booth Sizes, Fees, Extras)

NEW: Makers can apply to participate in EITHER the virtual marketplace or the in-person marketplace or BOTH! 

Makers without an e-commerce site can still apply. Handmade Arcade will provide you with resources and assistance to facilitate participation in the Virtual Marketplace via their maker curriculum.


Virtual Marketplace: Saturday, November 27 - Monday, November 29

The cost to participate in only the Virtual Marketplace is $50. If you choose to participate in both the virtual and in-person marketplace, the fee for the virtual event is free.
  • Each accepted maker is responsible for populating their page in the marketplace via a password protected admin page
  • Ten images of products with links to the vendor’s e-commerce site
  • Six larger slide show images or five images and one short video
  • Business logo
  • Narrative (300 words)
  • Links to e-commerce websites and social media accounts

Two Day In-Person Marketplace: Friday, December 3 - Saturday, December 4  

Standard Vendor Space: $300 

  • In-person event (2 days)
  • 10-by-10-foot display space
  • One 8-by-2.5-foot table 
  • Two chairs
  • Load-in and load-out assistance from Convention Center staff
  • Endcap placement and electricity are additional fees (see below)
  • HA is no longer able to accommodate special requests for vendor space placement
  • Access to Handmade Arcade's online maker curriculum and webinars
  • OPTIONAL: Virtual marketplace participation is free. When you choose the booth, choose "Standard Vendor + Virtual." If you do NOT want to participate in the virtual marketplace choose "In-person Standard Vendor."

Expanded Vendor Space: $600 (Only 20 available)

  • In-person event (2 days)
  • 10-by-20-foot display space
  • Two 8-by-2.5-foot tables
  • Two chairs
  • Applicants must request an expanded space during the application phase
  • Spaces assigned on a first-come-first-served basis in order of payment received
  • Once full, accepted vendors can pay for a standard 10-by-10-foot space 
  • Load-in and load-out assistance from Convention Center staff
  • Endcap placement and electricity are additional fees (see below)
  • HA is no longer able to accommodate special requests for vendor space placement
  • Access to Handmade Arcade's online maker curriculum and webinars
  • OPTIONAL: Virtual marketplace participation is free. When you choose the booth, choose "Expanded Vendor + Virtual." If you do NOT want to participate in the virtual marketplace choose "In-person Expanded Vendor."

Craft Corridor Vendor Space: $150

IMPORTANT! These spaces are reserved for makers who have never participated in a Handmade Arcade Winter Event.

  • In-person event (2 days)
  • 8-by-8-foot display space 
  • One 6-by-2.5-foot table 
  • Two chairs
  • Load-in and load-out assistance from Convention Center staff
  • Pre-event assistance for emerging makers
  • Endcap placement and electricity are additional fees (see below)
  • HA is no longer able to accommodate special requests for vendor space placement
  • If unsure about eligibility, please email info@handmadearcade.org before applying
  • Access to Handmade Arcade's online maker curriculum and webinars
  • OPTIONAL: Virtual marketplace participation is free. When you choose the booth, choose "Craft Corridor + Virtual." If you do NOT want to participate in the virtual marketplace choose "In-person Craft Corridor."

Additional Fees:

  • $65 Electricity Fee
  • $50 End Cap Request (i.e., the end of an aisle) There are a limited number of endcaps that can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Refunds will be given to anyone who made an endcap request that cannot be honored.

VENDOR SPACE FEES ARE DUE BY MONDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2021. 

If payment is not received by the due date, the accepted applicant’s vendor space will be forfeited and offered to a waitlisted applicant. 
Vendor space fees (including extra costs for electricity and preferred spaces) are not refundable after October 31, 2021.
